Loan / Advance Inquiry

Purpose

To inquire and manage Loan and advance applications

Procedure

Advance Applications

• Select Department, Employee and click Search to apply filter
• Click the Green button to Recommend (by the supervisor of the employee) the Advance Application to the competent authority
• Click the Green Approve button (by the competent authority) for the final approval of Advance Application

Bulk Advance Applications

Loan Application

• Select Department, Employee and click Search to apply filter
• Click the Green button to Recommend (by the Job Position set in Loan Policy) the Loan Application to the competent authority
• Click the Green Approve button (by the Job Position set in Loan Policy) for the final approval of Loan Application

Grant Applications

• Select Employee, Grant Policy and click Search to apply filter
• Click the Green recommend button to Recommend (by the supervisor of the employee) the Grant Application to the competent authority
• Click the Green Approve button (by the competent authority) for the final approval of Grant Application
